The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.

Horrible customer service. Very vague about pricing and the phone operator kept trying to have a technician sent to me plus it's all 3rd party vendors. Didnt have any info about there kiosk and service
